All personnel traveling on company aircraft who are NOT assigned by Crew Scheduling, MX or Ground Ops, MUST ‘LIST’ FOR THE FLIGHT AT LEAST TWELVE (12) HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE.

All personnel who have listed and now wish to cancel MUST CANCEL AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE.

Family members and guests of employees are not allowed to travel on all-cargo aircraft and/or all-ferries on any international flight segments.

Non-rev family members and guests can no longer travel on live passenger flights via Gen Dec listings.

Non-revenue travel on live passenger flights, if allowable, must be arranged through your manager with appropriate approval from the customer.

Other airline Cockpit Jumpseat requests MUST comply with the same rules as listed above and must supply a contact at their employing airline for verification of employment and that company’s MCL verification.

None of the above offsets any of the established reporting policies and procedures that you may currently be required to follow.
